Features 1: shape is not regular.Playground slides are common recreational facilities in kindergartens. Slides have a variety of structures, including ups and downs, sliding ramps and spirals.
Features 2: Playground slide commonly used PE and PP materials design and production. The material itself is non-toxic and harmless.

Features 6:Due to the performance requirements of plastic parts, there should be no gate or other thimble marks on the external surface. For this reason, the structure of inverted die is designed. 2.The Mold Design Points for this playground slide
For such a large mold, the mold cavity mostly uses the original body design method. The front and rear die AB plates are made of P20. The cavity of the front die is directly made on board A and processed by large gantry CNC. There are many processing contents of the back die insert, which requires wire cutting the top pinhole and EDM machining the bone position. The machine size of these two processes is limited, so the back die insert is divided into three parts, as shown in FIG. 5.
Large mold, easy to produce a lack of rigidity, therefore, in addition to the template needs to meet the rigid design and strength design, the combination of strength between the template is equally important, after the rigid mold, the need for the template on the tiger to achieve.
