The radio stand product is a complex product, the shape is divided into 3 parts, the left and right parts are nearly symmetrical, and the middle is the connecting section. For complex plastic parts, first determine the mold opening direction, that is, the selection of the front mold and the rear mold, and then design the parting surface and determine the three elements of mold design. It is not difficult to determine the opening direction of the plastic parts of this set of molds. The top surfaces of the two ends of the plastic parts have a sunken shape, which has a certain tightening force for the mold core, but the four sides of the sunken shape have a large slope and are easy to demould. There are multiple bone positions on the back of both ends of the plastic part, and the tightening force on the mold core is relatively large. In the middle part, the top surface is smooth, the wrapping force is small, and the back has multiple bones and complex structural elements, which has a large wrapping force on the mold core. Therefore, through the above comprehensive analysis, the side with more bone is designed on the back mold.
The size of the plastic parts is large, the mold cavity ranking is 1 out of 1, and a single YUDO hot runner feeds the glue.
