2. Technical analise for mold design:
The size of the plastic parts is large, coupled with the inclined slider core pulling in two directions, so the mold is bulky, the mold cavity 1*1, and the mold base is a standard mold base DCH6570 A200 B130 C195 GP500 EGP ∅30( 4X).
The positions of the two oblique core-pulling sliders are staggered. In the process of mold clamping and mold opening, the two sliders need to move in sequence. Therefore, the two inclined sliders are controlled by oil cylinders. The inclined surface of the slider is locked with A plate, and a wear-resistant plate is designed on the inclined surface. The inclined guide rails at the bottom of the slider are all inlaid design. The fixing method of the oil cylinder needs to be paid attention to. The piston rod of the oil cylinder cannot be screwed directly on the slider seat. The correct way is to screw the piston on the joint, and then clamp the joint in the T-slot of the slider seat.
The gating system adopts the glue feeding method of turning from a pin gate to subgate.
The ejection of plastic parts adopts inclined ejector and ejector pin ejection.
The cavity and core are designed for cooling in the pool. The slider is designed with a water-carrying circuit with direct water-carrying cooling to ensure effective injection molding.
